File Naming Conventions & Weekly Schedule

FILES ARE NAMED AS FOLLOWS:

F-yyyxx.alp where yyy is team 3 letter abbeviation in league manager,
and xx is series number.  For VISITING TEAMS the F-yyyxx.alp will be
sent to the commissioner BEFORE the series in question, where it says
CHANGES FF DUE FROM VISITING TEAMS above.  For HOME TEAMS the
F-yyyxx.alp will be sent to the commissioner AFTER PLAYING the series in
question.  Managers can include any changes to their team in the same
file, as long as they make the changes BEFORE making the F-File. HOME
teams can also wait and send another file.  DO NOT as a home team
manager make a FF containing results, then decide to make a change, make
it, and remake the FF with the same name, or the game results will be
lost.

COMMISSIONER C Files will be of two types, the PLAY GAMES file, C-BBLPGxx where xx is the series number for the series ABOUT TO BE PLAYED, which only goes to the HOME TEAMS for the series xx, and the GAME RESULTS C-BBLGRxx where xx is the series JUST COMPLETED, which goes to the entire league.
 

IF no changes are received by the commissioner, I assume your team is ready to go and the next PLAY GAMES file goes out with your team AS-IS. IF results are not received by the deadline, the games are auto-played by the commissioner. NO EXCEPTIONS
